影响脑卒中患者早期入院的原因分析及教育对策

Analysis on Factors Affecting Early Hospitalization of Cerebral Stroke Patients and Nursing Strategy

目的 探讨影响脑卒中患者早期入院的原因，寻找教育对策。方法 对７２２例患者院前送诊时间进行回顾性分析。结果 有４３８例患者院前延迟，占６０．６６％，其原因依次为患者自己对脑卒中认识不足、家属主观因素、基层医疗条件、医务人员水平较差及老人独居。结论 对脑卒中的高危人群及其家属实施有关知识的宣传教育，提高首诊医务人员的诊治水平，是缩短送诊时间，降低脑卒中危险的关键。

Objective To learn about factors affecting early hospitalization of cerebral stroke pa- tients and seek an educational strategy. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the time of seeking medical help before admission in 722 patients. Results The time of seeking medical help was delayed in 438 patients (60. 66% ) because of the following reasons of order; insufficient aware- ness of the patients about their own conditions,subjective factors of the family,medical conditions of the root units,inadequate ability of medical workers,and isolated living of the aged. Conclusion Conducting health education and publicity among high risk populations and their families,and improving the diagnostic and therapeutic capability of medical workers who first contact the pa- tients are critical factors of shortening the time of seeking medical help and reducing the risk of cerebral stroke.
