摘要
本试验采用标准样品黑农26和吉林3号大豆为材料,对目前较好的几种大豆脂肪化学测定法进行了对比试验研究。结果确立了为脂肪提取的YG—2型最佳仪器和各不同仪器的最佳提取时间及温度的工作条件。为制定国家标准法提供了依据。
The Standard varieties Heinong 26 and Jilin 3 we taken as experimental materials. YG-2 Model and it's optimum working conditions inciuding extraction time and temperature had been found to be the optimum one among different instruments, by our study.The results our study provide many basic data and scientific basis for working out the National standard method.
