摘要
文章探讨了变电站综合自动化有关的技术及功能要求 ,并结合海北州电力局1 1 0kV海晏变电站综合自动化系统的建设 ,提出了对中低压变电站实现综合自动化的看法和建议。
The paper discusses technical and function requirements of the substation's comprehensive automation and combines automation system construction of Haiyan's 110kV substation in Haibei power bureau,the author also proposes suggestion to the middle or low voltage substation on how to realize the comprehensive automation.
