用加速惰转法确定发动机转动惯量

Estimating the Inertial Moment of an Engine by Running Up－ Down Method

从基础理论入手，提出了一种发动机转动惯量确定的新方法──加速惰转法，该方法在 185柴油机上试验表明，其误差在 2％以内；并根据实测结果，对该方法进行了误差分析，指出了提高测量精度的途径。

Beginning with the basic theory, this paper presents one new method,running up－ down,to estimate the inertial moment of an engine.This method is experimented on a 185 type diesel engine. The experimental results indicate that its accuracy is within 2％ . Based on the measured results, it analyzes the error of the method and proposes the approaches to improving the measuring accuracy.
