“三个代表”的思想指明了高等教育改革与发展的根本方向 ,对高等教育的改革与发展提出了新的更高的要求 ,指出了实现高等教育改革与发展的目标的根本途径。高等师范院校是贯彻党要始终代表先进社会生产力的发展要求思想的重要方面军 ,是贯彻党要始终代表先进文化的前进方向的思想的重要阵地 ,是贯彻党要始终代表最广大人民的根本利益的思想的重要渠道。我们必须按“三个代表”的要求 ,全面加强党的建设 ,深化教学改革 ,加强精神文明建设 。

The ideology of “The Three Embodiments” from the Party Central Committee indicates the basic direction of the reform and development,the new higher requirements for the reform and development and the key way to the realization of the target of the reform and development in higher education.The higher teachers institutions are an important group in the implementation of the principle that the Party must always embody the requirements for the development of the advanced social productive forces,an important base in the implementation of the principle that the Party must always embody the direction of the development of the advanced cultures and an important medium in the implementation of the principle that the Party must always embody the basic benefits of vast numbers of the people.In accordance with the requirement of “The Three Embodiments”,we should strengthen completely the building of the Party and the cultural and ideological civilization and deepen the teaching reform in order to speed up the development of Guangxi Teachers College.
