摘要
师范生既是高等教育的客体 ,又是将来基础教育的主体 ,这个特殊人群的创新素质的高低 ,直接关系到教育的可持续发展。影响师范生创新素质的因素大致有观念、课程、教材、人才评估制度等方面。培养师范生创新素质 ,一要树立创新教育观 ,二要建立有利于创新的管理体制 。
Pedagogical students are objects of college education and subjects of the future elementary education,whose innovative quality has a more important bearing on the sustainable development of education.Training the students' innovative quality means fostering ideas on innovative education,setting up administrative system valuable to innovation and establishing new teaching system as well.
