Developmet of Manpower in Information-Economy Stage of Our Country

人力资源的开发是社会进步的前提 ,知识经济时代加大人力资源开发力度具有极其重要的意义。我国现阶段人力资源开发的状况不容乐观。开发人力资源的主要途径 ,是控制人口数量 ,大力发展各级各类教育 ,优化人力资源配置 ,建立人才激励竞争机制。

The development of manpower is the premise of advancing society,as for the time of information economy,it is more important to strengthen the development of manpower .It is impermissible to be optimistic about the present condition of the manpower development.The main approaches of developing manpower will be controlling the number of population,developing all kinds of education by manpower,optimizing the system of manpower distribution,and establishing talent incentive & competitive mechanisms.
