近视眼LASIK术后伴随巨大裂孔性视网膜脱离

Retinal detachment with giant retinal tear followed laser in situ keratomileuusis in myopic eyes

目的分析近视眼患者准分子激光原位角膜切削术（ＬＡＳＩＫ）后视网膜脱离（ＲＤ）的发生率和特征。方法回顾性研究经 ＬＡＳＩＫ手术治疗的 １４９１眼（８１０例）近视患者，并将其术后伴随的 ＲＤ发生率与该人群中 ＲＤ发生率作比较。结果术后ＲＤ发生率为０．０７％，该人群中ＲＤ发生率为０．０５％，（Ｘ２＝０．０３，Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论 ＬＡＳＩＫ术后伴随的ＲＤ目前不能说明与ＬＡＳＩＫ手术直接相关，需进一步观察。

Objective To analyze the incidence and characteristics of retinal detachment (RD) in myopic patients treated by laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK). Methods we retrospectively studied 1 491 eyes (810patients ) underwent LASIK for the correction of myopia, and compare the actural with the expected incidence of RD in this population. Results The observed incidence of RD is 0. 07%. The expected that is 0. 05% ,X2 = 0. 03, chi-square test, P > 0. 05. Conclusion At present, it is not proved that the RD is directly related to LASIK.
