血液中一氧化氮和内皮素与开角型青光眼的关系

The relationship of nitric oxide,endothelin-1 and primary open-angle glaucoma

目的探讨一氧化氮（ＮＯ），内皮素（ＥＴ－１）与开角型青光眼（ＰＯＡＧ）的关系。方法测定ＰＯＡＧ及对照组血清中的亚硝酸盐／硝酸盐（ＮＯ２－／ＮＯ３－），一氧化氮合酶（ＮＯＳ）和血浆中的ＥＴ－１，并测量ＰＯＡＧ患者的沿盘面积比，将其与相应的ＮＯ２－／ＮＯ３－，ＮＯＳ，ＥＴ－１进行相关性分析。结果 （１）ＰＯＡＧ中ＮＯ减少，ＥＴ－１升高。（２）在ＰＯＡＧ早期视野损害阶段，ＮＯ减低，ＥＴ－１升高校中晚期视野损害阶段明显。（３）ＰＯＡＧ的沿盘面积比与ＮＯ２－／ＮＯ３－呈负相关，与ＥＴ－１呈正相关。结论在ＰＯＡＧ患者，可能有某些因素使ＮＯ减少，ＥＴ－１增加，造成了青光眼性视神经损害。

Objective To investigate the relationship of nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1 (ET - 1 ) and primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG). Methods The concentration of NO2-/NO3-, NOS and ET - 1 in plasma (serum) of POAG and normal controls was detected by electrophotonomy and radioimmunoassay. The ralip of edge/optic nerve disc square (E/D ) of POAG patients were determined by Humphery retinal analyzer. Their level of NO2- /NO3-,NOS and AT - 1 were analysed, Results (l ) The level of NO in POAG patients was tow.T.but ET - 1 was higher. (2 ) The level of NO, ET - 1 In Initial stage was significantly different from the middle.late stage of vised field loss in P0AG patients. (3 ) The E/D of POAG patients. was negative correlation with their level of NO,and was positive correlation with their level of ET - 1. F.gpcluslon Some factors might decrease NO,but increase ET - 1 and reduce the blood supply of optic nerve,lead to the glaucomatous damage of optic nerve.
