白内障超声乳化摘出人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术

Phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy

目的评价青光眼合并白内障超声乳化搞出联合人工晶状体植入及小梁切除术的临床疗效。方法应用白内障超声乳化摘出联合人工晶状体植入及小梁切除术治疗２６例（２６眼）白内障合并青光眼患者。术后随访２－１６个月。结果平均眼压由术前 ２４． ８２ ｍｍＨｇ（１ ｍｍＨｇ＝ ０． １３３ ｋＰａ）降到术后 １６． ５２ ｍｍＨｇ。其中 ８８． ４６％患者眼压被控制在２１ ｍｍＨｇ以下，术后裸眼或矫正视力＞０．３者８０．７７％，功能性滤泡占６１．５４％。结论此手术方式安全可行，能使大部分青光眼合并白内障患者眼压控制并获得较好视力。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of phacoemulsifcation and posterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) implantation combined with trabeculectomy in patients with cataract and glaucoma. Methods 26 cases(26 eyes) were, theated by phacoemulsification and IOL implantation combined with trabeculectomy. Follow-up period was for 2 ~ 16 months. Results The average intraocular pressure(IOP) was reducded from 24. 82 mmHg preoperatively to 16. 52 mmHg postoperatively. IOP was less than 21 mmHg in 88. 46% eyes. Visual acuity was 0. 3 or better in 80. 77% of eyes during following-up. 61. 54% of eyes were found with functional filtering blebs. Conclusion Triple procedure is safe and suitable method for most patiants with glaucoma and cateract.
