摘要
本文认为 :“科技伦理”这个概念既不能成立又有害无益 ,应代之以“科技活动伦理”。“科技”与“科技活动”是两个不同的概念 ,而且伦理道德问题源于人的社会实践活动。因此 ,惟有增强人的伦理道德和社会责任意识 。
In this article,We point out that the conception of scienific and technical ethics is a mistaken conception It ought be replaced to the ethics of Scientific and technical activities The conception of Science and technology is different to the scientific and technical activities The ethics and morality originate from social practice of mankind It is essential that we enhance the ethics and morality and social duty in order to eliminate the negative effect of science and technology
