草莓差压通风预冷过程中影响参数的研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文对相同开孔面积下四种不同开孔形状的包装箱 (圆形、椭圆形、两端为圆弧的矩形和矩形 ) ,在四种不同风速下的草莓冷却速度及压降进行了实验研究 ,分析了风速对冷却速度的影响 ;在对孔形与压降关系进行回归分析的基础上 ,首次定义了开孔形状因子S ,并讨论了其对草莓预冷速度的影响。 An experimental investigation of the strawberry precooling rate and the pressure drop have been conducted with four different vent hole and four different airflow rate.The effects of airflow rate on precooling rate of the strawberry have been analyzed.Based on the regression of the relationship between the vent hole and the pressure drop,the shape factor of vent hole'S'has been put forward the first time.The effects of 'S'on strawberry precooling rate have also been discussed.
