防治柑桔红蜘蛛的药效试验 被引量:1

摘要 本文报导了近年来由国内外引进的35%佐罗纳乳油等13种农药和两种内吸杀虫剂—久效磷和40%氧化乐果乳油对柑桔红蜘蛛的药效试验结果表明:新引进药剂在室内测定、施药后72小时,杀螨效果达95.92~100.00%,田间试验以35%佐罗纳乳油和25%倍乐霸可湿性粉剂药效最好,虫口减退率分别为88.55~96.79%利87.89~98.34%,其次为50%溴螨酯乳油、30%灭虫螨乳油和50%三环锡可湿性粉剂,虫口减退率分别为76.07~99.87%、70.87~97.40%和69.58~98.72%。久效磷较40%氧化乐果乳油内吸性较强,以包扎法和涂干法防效较好,而灌根法防效甚差。 This paper reported the result of insecticidal effectiveness by using; phosalone etc, 13 insecticides newly introduced from outside and inside and two systemic insecticides of Monocrotophos and Omethoate to control Two-spotted Spinder Mite in orange trees. The resulu showed that the control effectiveness of newly introduced chemicals came up to 95.92-100.00% after 72 hr. by treated in laboratory. But in field experiment, the effectiveness of Zclone 35 EC and Peropal 25 WP are the best, that the insect rate reduced by 38.55-96.79% and 87.89-98.34 % respectively. Then the reducing insect rate of Neeron 50 EC, Mite-extermination Agent, and Plictram 50 WP was 76.07- 99.67%,70.87-07,40%, and 69.58-98.72% respectively Monocrotophos and Omethoate had stronger systemic result The control effectiveness was better by tying up or spreading over the stem with eath of two chemicals, then using the solution of two chemicals to water the roots.
