螺旋式反坡梯田修筑机速度参数的研究——速度参数对功率消耗及切削阻力的影响

Study on Speed Parameteters of Helic al Teracer -Effects of the Speed Parameters on Power Consuption and Resistant Forces

本文在室内土槽上对螺旋式反坡梯田修筑机进行试验,对不同速度参数下,该机的切削扭矩,水平力,功率消耗等参数进行测定。分析了速度参数对切削扭矩,水平力,功率消耗的影响。在试验的基础上,分析得出了速度参数较佳选择范围。

The cutting forgue,horizontal force and power consuption at the different speed parameter were measured in fexperiments of helical terracer KTC-1.5 in soil indoors. The effect of the speed parameters on horizontal force power onsuption and resistant force were anlysed. The optimum speed parameter were obtained on the based of experiment at better working condition.
