试谈建立沱江源头水源保护区的必要性

On the Necessity of Establishing a Conservation Zone at the Origin of Tuojiang River

本文根据沱江源头水源涵养林过度砍伐,导致源头蓄水量锐减,以及滥采乱挖矿石,造成资源损失与灾害频繁的严峻现实,提出了建立沱江源头水源保护区的必要性。

This article reports the facts that the water conservation forest has been overcut, so the storage volume to water is reducing sharply and the calamities at tbe mountain area often ocurred because of mining barbarously at the origins of Tuojiang River. This article suggests the necessity to establish a conservation zone at the origins.
