摘要
提出集对分析(SPA)中的同异反确定不确定联系数用于高校科研群体效能的定量研究，给出相应的数学模型，借助对模型的分析、推算，得到科研群体人数一般以3至5人为宜的结论．
The IDc certain-uncertain relation number is used to make quantitative research on the scientific research assessment effectiveness in universitiies based on the set pair analysis (SPA).This paper introduces a mathematical model.With the aid of analwis and calculation,we conlude that the appropriate number of a scientific research group should be three to five persons.
