摘要
本文针对21世纪经济社会发展对高素质人才的需求,以优化教师知识结构为切入点,从轻量型结构到重量型结构、单一结构到复合型结构、封闭型结构到开放型结构、被动型结构到创造型结构等“四个转变”入手,简要阐述了优化教师知识结构的实现方式和途径。
This article aims at a recomendation to the methods and approaches to fulfile the improvement of teacher’s knowledge formation to meet the increasing needs of highly, qualified personels of knowledge econemy society in 21st century. It begins with the improvement of teachers’ knowledge formation, and the four types of transformation of knowledge formation from being shallow,isdateel covert passive to being profouned, diverse open and active, with the hope of exchange with the experts on this subject.
