The interchangeability of ability and moral integrity of college students and their self-education

本文认为大学生的思想道德与知识能力是相互联结、相互渗透、相互转化的，研究德与才之间的辩证统一性，把握二者相互转化的条件和规律，不但有助于增强和提高学生接受教育的针对性和有效性，更重要的是启迪和激励学生进行自我教育的自觉性和主动性，并根据学生进行自我教育的有利条件，寻找学生实现德才相互转化和进行自我教育的有效载体，提高德育的实效。

The ability and moral integrity of college students can be connected with, permeated by each other and are interchangeable. Studying their dialectical unity and grasping the condition and law of their interchangeability not only helps students accept education directly and efficiently, but encourages them to carry out self education consciously and actively. In addition, the research is useful to find the medium of interchangeability and self education and to promote the actual effect of moral education.
