摘要
本文是在作者多年实践的基础上，根据用人单位对大学毕业生质量需求，探索出了大学毕业生思想政治教育工作实效性四个方面的实践内容。
Basing on my many years’ practical experience and the requirement of employment on the postgraduate quality, after exploring, I summarized four main practices on amplifying the efficiency of postgraduates ideological and political education.
