摘要
领导科学是专门研究领导活动内在矛盾运动及其规律的一种科学的理论体系。领导科学孕育于管理科学之中 ,又不同于管理科学。由于领导是管理的灵魂 ,是超前性的管理 ,是软管理 ,对具体实践活动有指导意义 ,所以在行政管理中运用领导科学可以起到重要作用。
Scientific leadership belongs to the scientific theory system, which study specially the intrinsic contradiction of leading activities and the law of its movement. Scientific leadership is emerged from scientific management, but different from it. Since the leadership is not only the deciding factor of the management but also a soft management, it can conduct practice activities. Therefore, exercising scientific leadership can take great effect to our administration work.
