办公自动化相对于传统办公方式有诸种优势。我国办公自动化存在着传统观念束缚。新技术支撑水平发展不够、缺乏统一的规范标准等问题。应通过转变观念、加强组织措施保障、开发软件、统一规范标准等对策，促进我国办公自动化的发展。

Compared with the traditional way of office working, the office automation has provided us a lot of superiority, but some problems have been existed, such as: It has been tied down to the traditional conventional thinking. It has been not enough for the new technology to develop; and it has been shout of unified standards. We must promote the office automation in our country by changing our ideas, strengthening the effective measures, developing software, and unifying the standards on office automation.
