摘要
本文就理想蛋白的概念、饲粮最佳氨基酸模式研究的方法,这种模式在生产实践中的应用及还存在的一些问题进行了综述。
In this paper the concept of ideal protein, the studying methods of optimum dietary amino acid pattern, the application of the pattern in animal production and.its still remaining defect, and the research outlook of this field were reviewed.
