摘要
“早显A”是笔者用远缘杂交法选育的一个新不育系,经1990—1992年的初步研究,结果表明:“早显A”的早抽穗特性受一对呈不完全显性的基因控制,这与“珍汕93A”等当家不育系不同。用“早显A”与优良迟熟恢复系组配的F_1代杂种,将早熟性与丰产性融为一体,对建立高产高效农业有重要价值。
Zaoxian A is a new CMS line of rice developed by the authors through the distant hybridization. The experimental results from 1990 to 1992 indicated that: The early—heading characteristics or early maturity of Zaoxian A was a typical qualitative character and controlled by one pair of incomplete dominance genes, and so was different from that of the leading CMS lines Zhenshan 97A and V20A in China. The F_1 hybrids derived from the crosses of Zaoxian A with good latematuring restorer lines combined the early maturity with high—yielding ability togetyer. Therefore, Zaoxian A was valuable to the breeding of hybrid rice and the construction of new agriculture with high—yielding ability and high economicaal profit.
