摘要
本文对一级、三级实验小鼠的Peyer 氏斑(Peyer’s patches , PP) 在数量、大小、分布、结构及功能等方面作了比较研究和分析。结果表明,一级小鼠和三级小鼠的PP 在数量和大小上有显著差别。一级小鼠的PP更发达,提示PP 在小鼠胃肠粘膜免疫中起着重要作用。
In this present paper, we observed and compared the number, size, distribution and structures of Peyer's patches (PP) in conventional (CV) and special-pathogens free (SPF) mice. The results showed that the number of PP in CV mice (8.1±3.4 per mouse) was much higher than that of SPF mice (4.5±1.8 per mouse). Also these was significant difference between the sizes of PP of these two groups, whose sizes was 2.2±1.0mm and 1.2±0.4mm each PP respectively. Conclusion: PP in CV mice is more developed than those in SPF mice.
