饲用金霉素对实验小鼠免疫器官生长发育及T、B淋巴细胞功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 不同水平金霉素(0,50,150mg/kg) 饲喂BALB/c 小鼠,于第4 周和第8 周测定免疫器官指数和脾脏T、B淋巴细胞在ConA和LPS刺激下的转化率,镜下观察脾脏、胸腺的组织学变化。结果表明:B组(50mg/kg) 脾脏指数和B、C组(150mg/kg)T淋巴细胞转化率高于A组,其余免疫指标试验组与对照组无显著差异。提示用于促生长作用的饲用金霉素(0 ~50mg/kg) 对BALB/c 小鼠免疫器官的生长发育及T。 Different level chlortetracycline (0,50,150mg/kg) were fed to BALB/c Mice for several weeks. Index of immune organs and proliferative response of mitogen-induced spleen T.B lymphocyte were tested. The changes of tissue in spleen and thymus were also observed with microscope. The results revealed that spleen index in group B(50mg/kg) and T lymphocyte prolifevetive response in B.C groups were higher than those in group A. There were no significant difference in other immune indexes between test groups and control. All above demonstrated that chlortetracyline additive used in promoting animal growth had no inhibition to development of immune organs and T.B lymphocyte function of BALB/c Mice.
