自发NIDDM中国地鼠血液电解质及血脂的变化研究

Study on the Blood Electrolytes and Lipid Levels in Sponataneous NIDDM Chinese Hamsters

应用血液常规法测定了自发NIDDM 中国地鼠血液电解质、血脂代谢的指标,并与正常对照近交系动物进行了对比分析,结果表明:自发NIDDM 中国地鼠血清Na+ 、Cl- 、Ca2 + 、Ip 含量均高于正常对照动物(P< 0-05 或P< 0-001) ;血糖(GLU) 、尿酸(UA) 、甘油三脂(TG) 、总胆固醇(TC) 含量亦均显著的高于对照(P<0-001) 。提示:自发NIDDM

The Serum electrolytes and lipids of spontaneous NIDDM and normal control Chinese Hamster, which have been breeding in our laboratory, were tested by using regular quantitative analysis methods respechvely in this paper. The results showed that the average concentrations of surum Na +, Cl -,Ca 2+ , P 3- , Glu, Ua, TG and Tc in spontaneous NIDDM Chinese hamster were significant higher than that of them in normal control Chinese hamster(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The results of the present paper suggested that there are serious electrolytes and lipid metabolism disorder occurred with the disease of spontaneous NIDDM in Chinese hamster.
