摘要
参照人的T细胞分离方法用于猪T细胞分离,经二次绵羊红细胞分离的T细胞,用PHA从功能上鉴定获得纯度很高的T细胞,能进一步用于有关T细胞方面研究。
Porcine T lymphocytes are separated twice following as method of purified human T cells by sleep red blood cells, the purified amount of viable cells present in the recovered cell suspension exceeds 95% as examined by PHA proliferation test.
