四川西南部鼠厉螨属——新种(蜱螨亚纲:厉螨科)

A new species of Mysolaelaps from Sichuan, China (Acari: Laelapidae)

本文记述了采自四川西南部鼠厉螨属的一个新种。

A new species Mysolaelaps alpinus is described from Sichuan Province of China. The Holotype is deposited in Medical Entomolgy Collection Gallery of Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Beijing, China. Mysolaelaps alpinus , sp.nov.(Fig.1) Female: Body elongate oval, moderately chitinized and yellowish in colour. Length of body 0.700mm, width 0.380mm.The entire dorsum almost covered by dorsal plate. Venter with tritosternum normal. Presternal plate present, sternal plate longer than wide with deeply convex, posterior margin ending at level between coxae Ⅲ and Ⅳ with 3 pairs of setae and two pairs of pores. Metasternal plate minute. Genito ventral plate expanded behind coxae Ⅳ, with 3 pairs of setae. Anal plate wider than long, separated from genito ventral plate by a narrow straight line, with a pair of setae between them. Metapodal plate elongate. Male: Unknown. Material examined.Holotype ♀, Xichang, Sichuan, China. Collected off Apodemus chevrieri , Sept. 25, 1998.
