斜纹夜蛾卵壳和体壁胚胎发育超微结构的研究

A study on supramicrostructure of egg shell and integumentary embryonic development of Spodoptera litura

本文利用扫描电子显微镜研究斜纹夜蛾卵壳表面结构和形状，首次利用透射电子显微镜研究了斜纹夜蛾卵产后发育３３、４８、５７、６３、７１、８４ｈ 和８７ｈ 后的幼虫体壁的形成过程。

In this paper, the surface structura and form of egg of Spodoptera litura are studied by using the scanning electron microscope. The developmental process of integumentary embryo of Spodoptera litura is first studied by using transmission electron microscope after the egg laid lasted 33, 48, 53, 63, 71, 84 and 87 hours, respectively.
