喹乙醇在鲤鱼体内的药代动力学研究 被引量:9

摘要 作者采用紫外分光光度法定量地研究了10尾鲤在腹腔内注射50mg/kg喹乙醇水溶液后,喹乙醇在血液中的代谢动力学规律。在用药后不同时间分别采取血样,以三氯乙酸除去蛋白质等杂质,在Uv—266nm处测定其光密度,与制作的标准曲线对照,获得不同时间的血药浓度。试验数据用“W'TS·TM·BAS”药代动力学程序自动拟合,其血药浓度经时过程符合一级吸收一室开放模型。主要参数:M为378.258(μg/ml),Kel为0.187(hr^(-1)),Ka为2.158(hr^(-1)).T_(1/2)kcl为4.313(hr),T_(1/2)ka为0.449(hr),Tmax为1.569(hr),Cmax为2770.006(μg/ml),AUC为2609.588(μg/ml.hr),Cl(B)为0.023(ml/kg.min).喹乙醇回收率为93.42±1.087%.结果表明:喹乙醇在鲤鱼血液中浓度较高,消除较慢。 This paper atudies Pharmacokinetics of Olaquindox in blood by using 10 healthy carps given Olsquindox in abdomens, at a dose of 50mg/kg body weight with ultraviolet spectrophometer. Blood samples were collected separately at different time and their light density were determined at UV-266mm. The experimental data were processed with ' WTS. IM. BAS' pharmacokinetics auto—program. The result indicated that the C—T curve was in accordance with one—compartment open model with the first order absorption. The standard curve of Olaquindox in blood turned out linear. The major parameters are shown in table Ⅲ.
