摘要
目的总结小儿急诊血液透析中的护理要点和体会。方法分析37例患儿267次血液透析的全程护理。结论小儿急诊血液透析宜采用直接经皮深静脉插管的血管通路，用智能输液泵维持血管通畅，维持血液透析过程中血容量的稳定，及时防治并发症。
Objective:To summary the nursing essentials and experiences of acute hemodialysis in children. Methods: The nursing of 267 sessions of hemodialysis in 37 children was analyzed.Conclusions: Direct percutaneous deep venous catheterization should be employed, free vessel passageway and constant blood volume should be maintained with programme-controlled pump,and complications should be prevented and cured in time.
