摘要
本文用去壁低渗法和涂抹制片法在光学显微镜下对比观察了柑桔类——红桔幼叶和芽的染色体数。结果表明,处理方法不同,效果也有明显差异。并且,幼叶又以叶尖部分的分裂相最多。去壁低渗法在取材方法和时间上,都很少受限制,将有利于遗传学实验的开设和染色体数的研究。
In this paper the wall degradation hypotonic method and the smear method of preparing mitotic chromosome samples in immatured leaves and buds of tangerines (Citrus reticulata Blanco) have been studied. From the chromosome count and observation, it is shown that the wall degradation hypotonic method is more effective than the smear method, While the different effects have been achieved with different treatments in te wall degradation hypotonic method. The wall degradation hyponotic method is of great significane in the preparing chromosome samples in the citrus plant.
