健康教育对股骨颈骨折患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育对股骨颈骨折患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法:采用类实验性的前测验和后测验设计类型,将60例股骨颈骨折患者分为实验组与对照组,对照组接受临床常规治疗与护理;实验组除接受临床常规治疗与护理外,还接受研究者的院内教育,教育策略包括个体化指导、知识手册、演示与反演示、教育家庭重要成员。运用状态一特质焦虑是表(STAI)、流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)对教育前后股骨颈骨折患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪进行评定。结果:教育后不同时段实验组与对照组相比,其焦虑、抑郁均值明显降低,两组焦虑、抑郁均值的差异都有统计学意义。结论;健康教育是一项改善患者心理状态的行之有效的措施。 Objective:To explore the effects of the education on anxiety and depression of patients with femoral neck fracture (FNF). Method: An quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test were employed. Sixty patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group received usual medical and nursing care and the experimental group received,in addition to usual medical and nursing care, education by means of individual teaching, booklet,demonstration and teaching family members. Spielberger's State-trait Anxiety lnventory (STAI) and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CDS-D) were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression of patients with FNF. Results:The degree of anxiety and depression of FNF patients significantly decreased in the experimental group as compared with the control group after intervention. Conclusion:This study indicates that educating FNF patients is an effective measure for improving psychology of FNF patients.
