反馈与矫正法在护理技术教学中的运用

Application of Feedback and Correction Methods in the Nursing Skill Teaching

目的：提高学员护理技术练习效率。方法：在实验教学中运用正误对比、互补、模仿等反馈与矫正法。结果：运用此法教学，学员可在较短的时间内掌握所要求的护理技术旦不易遗忘。结论：反馈与矫正法是训练学员快速掌握护理技术的有效方法。

Aim: To improve the studying efficiency of the students in the nursing skills training.Methods: In the classroom,the feedback and correction methods of comparison of correct and error,complementation, and mimesis were used. Results: Students can master the nursing skills and can not forget it in a short period when this teaching methods were used. Conclusion: This teaching methods is effective way to have the students master the nursing skills quickly.
