复杂性眼外伤行穿透性角膜移植联合玻璃体切除术的护理

Nursing for Penetrating Keratoplasty Combined with Vitretomy for Complicated Ocular Trauma

对30例复杂眼外伤的患者施行穿透性角膜移植联合玻璃体切除和视网膜复位术，不仅使患者保住了眼球，而且恢复了部分视功能。作者就手术前后的护理做了总结。护理内容包括术前检查项目、眼部及全身准备、术后观察要点、术后护理措施及出院指导，并提出了心理护理的相关内容。

Penetrating keratoplasty combined with vitretomy was performed on 30 cases of complicated ocular traurna. The results showed that all patients not only maintained their eyeballs but also had visual function irnproved. We discussed the preoperational and postoperational nursing techniques, including preoperational examination, ocular and bodily preparation, postoperational nursing techniques,out-hospifal guidance and psychological nursing.
