小麦抗白粉病高产品系的选育及其抗性遗传初步分析

摘要 选用多样化抗源和在病区育种,育成三种类型小麦抗白粉病高产品系,并对其传背景进行了初步分析。(1)81—7241抗性受一对显性主基因控制,此对基因可能是一个新的基因或新的复等位基因。它是综合性状较好的抗源材料。(2)川雅85—2及其选系,抗白粉病主效基因来自四倍体小麦khapli的Pm4a,抗性稳定,在白粉病重发区表现好,是良好的抗源材料。(3)川雅84-1产量高、籽粒大、商品性好。其高抗白粉病性可能受两对显性主效基因控制。通过再杂交得来的衍生系列综合性状优良。89-8539在多点试验中表现突出,已进入大面积生产示范。89-10255植株矮健,籽粒品质好,正扩大试种。还有一批高产、优质品系在多点试验。 By using diversified resistant sources and selecting ih the infected area, three types of high-yield wheat lines resistant to powdery mildew were developed, and preliminary analyses on the inheritance of their resistance were comducted. 1). As for Line 81-7241, its resistance (to powdery mildew) is controlled by one dominant major gene. The gene may he a new gene or a new multiallele. This line can be used as a resistant stock for breeding programs. 2). As for Line SY85-2 and derivative lines, their major gene resistant to powdery mildew originates from Pm4a of Khapli. The resistance is stable and they are a good resistant resource. 3) As for Line SY84-1, it is high-yielding, with large grains and good commodity. Its resistance to powdery mildew appeared to be controlled by 2 dominant major genes. The derivativw lines from recrossings were excellent in general characters. Line 89-8539 stood outstanding among mang test sites. The Line 89-10255 showed short stature and good quality.
