紫外线照射充氧自血回输对细胞染色体影响的再观察

Further observation on the effects of ultraviolet radiation and oxygenation on the cell chromosomes of the blood for autotransfusion

在临床对患有不同疾病的老年人用紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗时,随机选择20例老年人进行观察.结果细胞染色体在照射后出现异常改变,姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)和淋巴细胞微核率(MN)明显增多(0.01<P<0.05).认为用紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗病人时,应慎用并严格掌握剂量.

Chromosonal alterations were observed in cells of the blood drawn from 20 aged patients with various diseases and treated for autotransfustion by ultraviolet radiaton and oxygenation. The result showed that abnomal chromosomal alteratons occurred, and the frequency of sister chromosomal exchange(SCE) and rate of lymphocyte micronuclei increased significantly after the treatment. It was realized that care should be taken and the intensity of UV radiation stricyly controlled in the selection and application of autotransfusion as a therapy with blood treated by ultraviolet radiation and oxyenation.
