高效液相色谱法测定人血浆中的异烟肼和吡嗪酰胺

DETERNINATION OF ISONIAZID AND PYRAZINAMIDE IN PLASMA BY HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

摘要 建立了同时测定人血浆中的异烟肼和吡嗪酰胺的反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱 Lichrospher 100 RP-C8(5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)∶0.05M 磷酸二氢钾(B)(加入三乙胺200μm调 pH5.6),检测波长270nm。线性范围分别为0.1~10和1-40μg/mI,方法回收率分别为大于90%和82%,日内、日间差分别小于9.9和5.1%。 A HPLC method was established to determine the plasma concentration of isoniazid and pyrazinamide.Lichrospher 100RP-C8 was used a state-phase,A linear gradient delution was used from a binary system consisting of solvent A (acetonitrile) and sol-vent B(05MKH_2PO_4).Quantitation of isoniazid and pyrazinamide was achieved with high precision and low inter-sample variation.
