摘要
用C_0^(60)—γ射线辐照玉米单交种“沈单7号”、“DK698”和地方品种“云阳黄马牙”、“云南黄方子”等结果表明,单交种F_0较地方品种辐射敏感性强,全部8个性状的变异均大于对照,而地方种则随材料、性状而异。参试材料M_2代M_3个性状的突变频率全部高于对照,其中株高负突变增加明显,穗长、穗行数正突变频率增加突出。M_2代刭M_3代性状遗传力各材料趋势一致,以株高、穗位高、穗行数遗传力较高,茎周长、穗位叶长、雄穗分枝数遗传力较低,穗位叶宽、穗长遗传力居中。
A series of experiments were conducted to investivate the biological effect, mutation and genetical law of the corn single hybird and local variety whose dry seeds were irradiated by ^(60)Co—γ ray. The reoult showed that the single hybrid was more sensitive to ^(60)Co—γ ray irtion than the localvariety. Compared with check (unirradiated material), the M_2 of Single hybrid had a larger coefficient of variation for every character, but the M_2 of localvariety had a larger coefficient of variation only for some characters. For both kinds of materials, the mutant frequency of every character of M_2 was higher than that of check. The ve direction of mutation was more prominent for plant height and the positive one was more prominent for ear length and ear row. As to the character's beritability from M_2 to M_3, all materials got a imilar trend, i. e. p least height, ear height and ear row had a higheat heritability followedby ear leaf width, ear length, sten diameter, ear leaf length and tassel branch.
