从居民点重建到社区重构——润溪集镇规划的思考

From the Rebuilding of the Residential Area to the Reconstructing of the Community: Thoughts upon the Planning for Runxi Town

回顾９８ 年１０ 月赴江西灾区重建规划的实践， 作者总结分析了该类应急性规划的要点， 并在规划的不同阶段中， 贯彻了从居民点重建到社区重构的思想， 对灾区重建规划编制所面临的新内容、新问题作了初步思索。

Looking back to the days of the planning for rebuilding the flooded areas in Jiangxi Province in October 1998,the authors have summed up the main points of making such an emergency plan .Then,they suggest that the thoughts of combining the rebuilding of the residential area with the reconstructing of the community should be carried out in the process of the planning.Finally,they make preliminary explorations of the new contents and some problems in working out the plan for rebuilding the disaster areas.
