摘要
The author holds that urban planners,based on a full investigation and study,should have a good understanding of the urban planning development trend featuring effectiveness,dynamic,openness and systematicness,which are the critical problems probably met and necessarily solved in the urban planning during the time when it is carried out to restructure economy of our country.
