Some Thinking on the Development, Utillization and Legislation of Urban Waterfront Areas──Taking Hankou Waterfront Section as Example

作者分析了汉口沿江滨水区的地段特征，结合国内外城市滨水区建设经验，提出了沿江滨水区开发利用的目标效益和模式的定位。同时，也对滨水区开发建设的现有法规体系进行剖析，提出了制定法规体系的根本出发点和完善现有法规体系的几点措施及对策。

The article analyses the section features of Hankou waterfront areas along the river With some urban water front areas' construction experiences at home and abroad, it discusses the objective benefits and models for their development and utilization.It also analyzes the existing regulation system in waterfront areas' development and construction and puts forward the basic starting points in working out regulation system and a few measures and counter-measures to perfect the existing regulation system.
