摘要
目的探索一种能较短时间内判断温缺血断肢再植时限的方法。方法应用生物发光法连续测定兔离断肢体骨骼肌ATP的含量,同时对每一标本作病理检查。结果温缺血条件下兔离断肢体骨骼肌ATP含量下降程度与骨骼肌的变性程度有明显对应关系,当ATP含量下降95%后,骨骼肌发生不可逆变性,断肢不宜再植。结论应用生物发光法可在较短时间内判断温缺血断肢的再植时限,是一种新的检测方法。
objective To explore a new method that can evaluate the critical ischemia time of the amputated limb in a short time. Methods The amount of ATP in the muscle of the amputated limb of rabbits was examined by the bioluminesent method, and the muscular ultrastructural cell degeneration of each biopsies was determined under ligh-microscopic and scanning electron microscopic analysis at the same time. Results The amount of ATP in the muscular tissue had a direct relationship with the degree of muscular cell degeneration. When 95% ATP was lost, the muscle got an irreversible necrosis, the limb should not be replanted. Conclusion The bioluminescent method can be used in deciding the critical time of the amputated limb in a short time and worth utilizing clinically.
