Validation of Virus Inactivation in Coagulation Factors with S/D Treatment

以水泡性口炎病毒(VSV)为指示病毒,验证应用有机溶剂/去污剂(简称S/D)法灭活血液制品中病毒的生产工艺,结果表明S/D法对于包膜病毒有显著的灭活效果。

Effects of S/D treatment on inactivation of lipidenvelope marker virus, vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) in the productive process of blood products were investigated on a laboratory scale. The results showed that VSV can be significantly inactivated by S/D treatment.
