海南省的经济发展与经济区划探讨

STUDY ON THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND DIVISION OF HAINAN ISLAND

海南必须采取分阶段有步骤地开发的战略,着眼长远,立足现实,逐步调整产业结构,振兴全省经济。还要实现以中心城市聚集为开发重点的战略步骤,以港口城市为中心,建立起海南省的经济体系。

The establishment of the new province and being the largest Special Economic Zone has brought a good opportunity for the economic development of Hainan Island. In general, the island has very special advantages so does some defects, therefore it is necessary to develop step by step, which is also the key strategy, so that to vitalized by readjusting industry structure. The regional development way of even and decentralized distribution should be taken place by the strategy of agglutinative economy in central cities. The construction of infrastructure must be accelerated to suit the need of commodity economy. In order not only to promote economy but also to keep good circulation of ecological system, a model that various resources can be developed and utilized rationally and appropriately must be found and set up. For the realization of the strategy of taking agglutinative economy as its development emphasis, a harbour city which has quite economic strengh should be taken as the centre of the island and then the system of economic division could be established and according to their individous situation and the requirement of the whole development. the role and funtion of those subregions could be planned. Five subregions are devided and the development direction of each one is discussed in this paper.
