急性白血病P-170和GSTπ的表达及临床意义

The clinical implication of the expression of P-170 and GSTπ in acuted leukemia

用免疫细胞化学技术检测40例急性白血病患者P-170、GSTx的表达。结果:P-170阳性率为30％,初诊患者阳性率为26.7％,复发患者为50％,P-170阳性者CR率低,预后差;GST=阳性率为30％,初诊患者为20％,复发患者为75％,GSTx阳性者CR率低于阴性者:P-170和GST^t的表达在本组病例无相关性。

The expression of P-170 and GSTπin 40 patients with acute leukemia were detected with monoclonal antibodies using APAAP method . The results showed that the positive rate of P-170 and GSTπwas 30% and 30% respectively. In the re-lapeed patients there was a higher rate for p-170,GSTπ(50% ,20% ) than that of newly diagnosed patients (26. 7% ,20%). The patients with positive P-170 showed poor response to chemotherapy and a low rate of complete remission. No correlation between expressions of P-170 and GSTπ.
