脊柱恶性肿瘤的治疗

Treatment of malignat tumors of the spine

目的:讨论脊柱恶性肿瘤的治疗经验。方法:对79例脊柱恶性肿瘤分组分别采用手术、放疗、化疗、中医治疗、免疫治疗,并对其疗效进行了观察和分析。结果:手术是缓解脊柱恶性肿瘤疼痛和脊髓压迫症状最好的治疗方法,总的有效率达100％,其次是放射治疗、化疗,中医治疗对缓解疼痛有—定的疗效,免疫治疗未能取得令人满意的效果。结论:手术和放疗能控制病灶的发展,脊柱恶性肿瘤预后差。

Purpose :To compare the effect of various treatment methods. Methods: 79 cases of tumors of the spine were sepa-rated into 6 group: 15 cases were mainly treated by surgery , 23 by radiotherapy, 4 by 153Sm ?EDTMP. 17 by chemotherapy, 11 by traditional chinese medicine. And 9 by immunotherapy. Results: The result shows that surgical treatment is the best treatment method of tumor of the spine. The effect rates of the surgical treatment for releasing pain and spinal cord compression is 100%; radiotherapy,chemotherapy,traditional chinese medicine have certain effect for releasing of the pain. It is no use for this disease treated by immunotherapy. Conclusions:Surgical treatment and radiotherapy can cease the development of tumor lesions,and the prognosis of malignant tumor of the spine is poor.
