摘要
作者站在前沿阵地提出了“文献信息控制学”的新概念,以图书馆学、文献学、信息科学和计算机学为基础,综合运用系统论、信息论、协同论、控制论和运筹学方法,以控制工具和工具书学为手段,论述了现代文献信息控制学的意义、基本概念和内容;概括了从中国古代孔子到现代人工智能专家系统对文献信息控制的简史和经验与文献信息运筹学控制机理;提出了用 SIMSCRIPT Ⅱ.5高级语言对文献信息系统进行计算机模拟,具有较高学术水平和实用价值.
Based on the library science,document scicnce,information science and computer sci- ence,by means of synthesized use of system theory,information theory,the synergetics,control theory and Toll-book science,the author of the book describes the meaning,basic concepts and contents of the modern document information science,and points out that it includes a breaf history and experience of document infor- mation control from Confucius in ancicnt China to modern man-made intelligence and expert system and the controling functions of document operation science,and proposes computer simulation of document informa- tion system by means of SIMSCRIPIⅡ.5 advanced language.It is of high academic level and worthfull for practical purposes.
