在分析“92年责任公约”特点的基础上 ,从实际出发分析我国加入该公约后的利弊及对监督管理的影响。

Based on the analysis of the characteristic of CLC 92 , combined with the international and domestic situation, especially the convention will enter into force to our country nearly, this paper dwelt on the influence of joining the CLC 92 and emphasize on the statistic of dealing with it.
