摘要
本文就我国立法的不完善而导致的对船舶抵押权若干法律问题的争论入手 ,对船舶抵押权的有关法律问题及光租条件下设定抵押权可能会产生的法律问题作一探讨。
This paper first discuses some disputes concerning mortgage of ships caused by the current legal system and explores several legal issues of the establishment of mortgage of ships under bareboat charter party.
